Napp app
Inspired by a coworker whose yoga lunch break turned into a nap break, the Napp App is an app developed to allow workers and students convenient places to nap during the day. This project started with research among professionals and students, development of personas and scenarios, development of low fidelity to high fidelity wireframes and finally user testing with an interactive prototype.
Initial Research
The purpose of this research was to learn what users consider to be a safe and comfortable napping environment, and how to create personal experiences to satisfy each user. A secondary goal, was to see how we can meet the needs and goals of managers and company owners by letting their employees nap during the work day.
PERSONAS & SCENARIOS
Personas and scenarios were created to help give an identity to our main users and help understand them as a whole in order to make design choices for them.
WIREFRAMES
The initial wireframes laid out the base for the Napp App. The Napp App was inspired to be a combination of Uber and Airbnb. The user can create a login, search for nearby napping locations, filter preferred napping options and book a nap.
The high fidelity wireframes developed the design and layout of the Napp App further. More screens were added and the user settings were expanded.
